Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Leasing professional to manage leasing activities for commercial properties, malls, and retail spaces. The role involves tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and maximizing occupancy and rental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire retail brands, F&B; outlets, anchor tenants, and other retailers for commercial projects.
- Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including prospecting, negotiations, and lease closures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail brands, brokers, and leasing consultants.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental values, security deposits, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate with the legal, finance,



and operations teams for lease documentation and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor rentals, and tenant mix to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain leasing pipelines, prepare MIS reports, and track occupancy and leasing targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in retail leasing with a real estate developer, mall, or commercial property company.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of commercial leasing terms, rental structures, and lease documentation.
