Qualification: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certification: AWS GenAI Developer or AWS Certified Developer.

- Experience in BI platform administration, with robust hands-on enterprise Amazon Quick Sight administration.
- Experience running production analytics platforms through incident, change, access and capacity management.
- Experience with access, capacity and cost governance, and good documentation discipline.
- Experience in regulated, audit-intensive environments (documented approvals, access reviews).
- Understanding of incident, service-request, problem,



and change-management processes for BI platform operations.
- Ability to handle access provisioning, security changes, SPICE refresh failures, platform incidents and user queries within agreed service levels.
- Working knowledge of platform governance access controls, usage and capacity monitoring, cost tracking and audit readiness.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and support-management tools

KEY SKILLS:

- Administer users, groups, namespaces and asset governance, and manage identity, SSO integration.
- Enforce row or column-level security, and manage SPICE capacity and refresh operations.
- Monitor usage, capacity and cost, and govern releases and deployments.
- Provide platform-level incident and access support.
