Key Responsibilities

- Operational & Floor Oversight:

o Conduct regular physical rounds of the hospital to check facility cleanliness, equipment function, safety hazards, and patient comfort. o Oversee front-desk registration, out-patient (OP) flow, and in-patient (IP) bed allocation.

o Supervise and coordinate across clinical, nursing, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and kitchen/F&B; teams

- Patient Relations & Grievance Handling:

o Address patient, family, and attendant concerns or complaints promptly with empathy and de-escalation skills. o Manage after-hours billing queries, insurance co-pay discussions, and financial counselling when dedicated billing staff are unavailable.
- Emergency & Incident Response:

o Lead emergency code responses, disaster protocols, patient transfers,



and inter-hospital communications. o Handle Medico-Legal Cases (MLCs), deaths, police notifications, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Compliance & Documentation:

o Enforce hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) compliance standards. o Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and handover notes for incoming shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
