Overview We are seeking a Manager - O2C/AR (Finance operations) with strong knowledge of OTC/AR processes, accounting, and cash applications, along with excellent communication skills. The candidate should possess the ability to manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities while meeting stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring process efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and manage the team, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to achieve performance goals and meet SLAs.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of cash application activities while maintaining strong knowledge of OTC/AR, accounting, and cash applications.
- Coordinate effectively with onshore/offshore partners and multiple lines of business to resolve open items, account-related queries, and follow-ups.
- Manage year-end, month-end, and quarter-end activities within stringent timelines, balancing multiple priorities during peak periods.
- Provide strong accounting and analytical support to investigate errors, resolve queries, prepare ad hoc reports, and support audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business-as-usual (BAU) reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support project teams in the deployment and testing of new administrative systems and ensure smooth implementation.




- Lead the Workday Accounting Center workstream across at least three full Workday modules and translate business requirements into configuration elements.
- Configure and customize Workday Accounting Center in line with organizational processes, recommend industry best practices, and support Workday Finance implementation or ongoing operations.

Requirements

- Robust knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), accounting, and cash applications.
- End-to-end understanding of O2C processes, workflows, tasks, and supporting systems.
- Proven people management and team-handling skills, including coaching and mentoring.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with onshore/offshore stakeholders.
- Ability to manage cash application accuracy, timeliness, and service-level expectations.
- Strong accounting knowledge to identify and resolve corrections, errors, and discrepancies.
- Analytical skills to resolve queries, prepare reports, and provide audit support.
- Experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities under stringent deadlines.
- Ability to lead Workday Accounting Center activities across at least three full Workday modules.
- Understanding of Workday configuration, customization, and translating business requirements into system configurations.
- Prior experience implementing or supporting Workday Finance functionality is highly preferred.
