We are hiring Legal & Compliance - Manager

Location - Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Exp - 4-8yrs

Salary - 50k-60k

Key Responsibilities

Legal

Draft, review commercial agreements, vendor contracts, customer agreements, NDAs, MoUs, employment-related documents and other legal documents.

Manage litigation, disputes, notices, claims and proceedings in coordination with external / internal auditors.

Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations, transactions and new initiatives.

Ensure proper maintenance of legal records, contracts and documentation.

Compliance

Develop, implement and monitor the organisation’s legal and regulatory compliance framework.

Track applicable central, state and industry-specific laws, regulations, notifications and regulatory changes.

Establish compliance calendars, checklists, SOPs and internal controls.





Coordinate with internal and external auditors, regulators and authorities wherever required.

Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Taxation, Compliance, Audit & proceedings

Excellent contract drafting, review skills.

Solid litigation and dispute-management experience.

Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business requirements.

High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional judgement.

Ability to lead and handle teams.
