Job Summary

We are looking for a SOC Manager to manage Security Operations Center (SOC)activities, monitor security incidents, administer security tools,



and ensurecompliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. The role involvesworking closely with SOC vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders to strengthen theorganization's security posture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and govern 24x7 outsourced SOC operations and vendor performance.
- Ensure Monitoring, investigation , and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, SOAR, and related security tools.
- Supervise threat hunting, malware analysis, phishing investigations, and incident response activities are effectively closed
- Administer and optimize SOC tools, including log onboarding, use-case development, rule tuning, and alert management.
- Lead incident containment, recovery, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Support security audits and compliance requirements (IRDAI, NIST, DPDPA, CERT-In, ISO 270001 and UADAI).
- Implement and monitor security controls across endpoints, networks, applications, and cloud environments.
- DLP policy review and DPDP tool implementation, data discovery, classification, and protection initiatives.
- Prepare security dashboards, KPI/KRI reports, and management updates.
- Conduct security awareness programs, phishing simulations, and cyber hygiene training for employees and vendors.
- Participate in cybersecurity projects, red teaming exercises, and breach attack simulations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, IDS/IPS, DLP, and Threat Intelligence platforms.
- Experience in BSFI, preferably Insurance
- Strong knowledge of SOC operations, incident response, threat hunting, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience managing SOC vendors and security service providers.
- Good understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, IRDAI, and DPDPA requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- CEH
- CompTIA Security+
- CSA/CCSK
