Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic HR Manager to drive our people strategy and culture as we scale. You will be instrumental in building a high-performance organization, nurturing talent, and ensuring every team member at Vidyakul feels engaged, empowered, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from drafting job posts and interviewing to issuing offer letters and coordinating orientations.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee monthly attendance, leave tracking, compensation structures and statutory benefits
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, draft internal company policies, and maintain confidential employee records.
- Employee Relations: Handle performance reviews, resolve workplace conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and support staff engagement.

General Administration





- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day facilities, workspace safety, and general logistics.
- Vendor Management: Handle procurement, negotiate contracts, and process invoices for office suppliers and service providers.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain digital and physical asset registers, filing systems, and administrative audit trails.

What We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices, tools, and labor laws.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Experience in EdTech or a tech-driven industry is a plus.
