Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hospitality operations, service standards and customer experience across residential project sites, Experience Centres and the corporate office. The role will focus on delivering premium hospitality services, maintaining high standards of presentation and ensuring a seamless experience for residents, customers, visitors, and business associates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hospitality operations across residential sites, Experience Centres, and the corporate office, ensuring consistent service standards.
- Oversee front office, guest relations, housekeeping, and visitor management.
- Ensure Experience Centres and customer-facing areas are well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with premium real estate standards.
- Coordinate with Facility Management, Security, Administration, Sales, and Project teams for smooth operations.
- Manage VIP visits, customer meetings, site visits,



and corporate events with professional hospitality arrangements.
- Monitor housekeeping standards, vendor performance, service quality, and adherence to SOPs.
- Handle customer and visitor concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage hospitality budgets, control operational costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Lead, train and supervise hospitality and support staff across assigned locations.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, premium real estate or corporate hospitality.
- Experience managing multiple locations, residential developments, Experience Centres or corporate offices will be preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and team management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a robust focus on service excellence, presentation, and operational efficiency.
