Job Summary
We are looking for an FP&A; Manager MIS to drive management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cash-flow planning for MakeO / Toothsi. The role will work closely with business and functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly MIS and management reporting.
- Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and previous periods.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario-based financial models.
- Develop revenue, cost, profitability and cash-flow forecasts.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
- Develop financial models for business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare business and functional dashboards covering revenue, margins, expenses, EBITDA and working capital.
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and monitor liquidity and working capital.
- Partner with business, operations, marketing, HR and other functional teams.
- Evaluate financial implications of current initiatives and business proposals.
- Support group-level reporting and forecasting across relevant group companies.
- Prepare presentations and financial review packs for senior management.
- Improve automation and standardisation of MIS and reporting processes.
Candidate Profile
- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
- 47 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, MIS or Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
Experience in a high-growth startup, D2C, healthcare, consumer or technology company preferred.
