• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure effective performance.

• Should be able to prepare rooster for 24*7*365 model for team member.

• Interact with clients to understand their security needs and expectations.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized security solutions.

Service

Delivery:

• Oversee the delivery of security services, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor and analyse security alerts and incidents, providing timely and effective responses.

Technology

Management:

• Preparation of technical documentation of the solution

• Preparation of technical documentation, SOP of the solution

• Perform product installation and Management

• Ready to work on Cyber security products mainly on DAM solutions.

• Should have knowledge on MX and Gateway management , policy creation , issue resolution

• Validation and installation of Agent.

• Knowledge on creating Security and Audit policies, modifying policies on MX

• Good knowledge on DDL, DML, DCL.

• Should have understanding on MSSQL, MYSQL, MongoDB ,RDS,etc.

• Should have knowledge on working on alerts, reducing the false positive.

• Should have knowledge on reporting, dashboard, MX console

• Monitor the Secure Sphere gateway ,Agent Status etc..





• Should have knowledge in incident management , deep troubleshooting knowledge in DAM.

Incident

Response:

• Develop and implement incident response plans to address security incidents promptly.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident investigations.

6. Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure that security services comply with industry regulations and standards.

• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.

7. Risk Management:

• Identify and assess security risks, working to minimize potential threats.

• Collaborate with clients to conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.

8. Training and Development:

• Provide ongoing training to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing security teams and delivering MSSP services.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
