Job Title: Software Architect (Network Automation &

- DevOps)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect - Network Automation with a strong background in enterprise networking, network engineering, and software development. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and automating network infrastructure using modern programming and automation frameworks. The candidate must have worked extensively in network operations, network design, or network engineering environments and be capable of identifying automation opportunities, proposing innovative network automation solutions, and leading the development of scalable automation platforms that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.

Additional Key Responsibilities

- Act as a technical leader for network automation initiatives across enterprise environments.
- Analyze existing network operations and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Design and develop network automation solutions using Python, APIs, Ansible, and other automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Operations, Security,



and Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end automation capabilities.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, and network lifecycle management.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD, and DevOps practices within the network domain.
- Provide architectural guidance on contemporary network technologies including WAN, Data Center, Cloud Networking, SD-WAN, and

Networking Expertise

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Network Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Routing &
- Switching
- WAN Technologies
- Data Center Networking
- SD-WAN
- Network Security &
- Firewalls
- Load Balancers
- Cloud Networking (Azure/AWS preferred)

Software Development &

- Automation

- Strong coding experience in Python (mandatory).
- Experience developing automation solutions using:
- Ansible
- REST APIs
- Git
- Azure DevOps / CI-CD
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

- Experience building scalable network automation frameworks and orchestration solutions.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices including design patterns, version control, testing, and secure coding practices

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong mix of Network Architecture + Software Development experience.
- Proven track record in delivering Network Automation initiatives.
- Ability to propose automation strategies and lead their implementation across enterprise network environments.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
