Manager – Building Consulting

Location: Remote – Pan India

Availability: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹12–18 LPA, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.

- Profit Sharing Incentive: Up to ₹5 lakh every six months, with a potential total of ₹10 Iakh per year.
- Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (₹1.20 lakh per year).
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of your annual salary, based on performance.
- Overtime: Additional payment for work beyond regular working hours

Total package up to 30 LPA for the right candidate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Building Consulting with 8+ years of experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, building inspections, cost analysis, and project documentation.



The role involves managing projects, reviewing technical and commercial details, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering accurate results on time. Strong construction knowledge, analytical skills, communication, and independent remote-working abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

8+ years of experience in construction, estimation, quantity surveying, or building consulting.

Knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, drawings, and project documentation.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and AutoCAD; MS Project/P6 preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting.
