The company builds software for road transporters, 3PLs, ecommerce logistics providers, and multi-branch carriers, replacing manual processes with integrated digital tools.

Its products, iLogitix TMS and iFleetify FMS, help logistics businesses manage bookings, branches, compliance, HR, and fleet tracking with real-time visibility and automation. The team focuses on solving everyday operational problems such as unbilled freight, reconciliation issues, and time-consuming compliance tasks. At iFleetify, team members work closely with the engineers who build the products, contributing directly to solutions that reflect how logistics businesses actually operate.

Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time remote position designed for individuals who want to learn how technology-driven logistics businesses operate end-to-end. In this role, the trainee will support daily business operations by analyzing process workflows, preparing reports on product usage and customer feedback, and assisting in the coordination between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

The trainee will participate in product demos, help document requirements from logistics clients, and contribute to improving onboarding and support processes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include data analysis, creating and updating process documentation, monitoring key performance indicators, and helping identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. The role offers structured learning, mentorship from senior team members, and exposure to product management, operations, and customer success in a quick-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational and business data.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Comfort with technology, including proficiency in spreadsheets, documentation tools, and web-based business applications.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, SaaS products, or startup environments; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly with guidance from mentors.
- Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Indian logistics terminology and local languages is a plus.
