Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented graduates to join our Management Trainee programme. The selected candidates will receive practical training in supermarket operations, sales management, procurement, inventory control, customer service, and team management, preparing them for future managerial positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supermarket Operations

- Learn and assist in the day-to-day operations of supermarket branches.
- Understand billing, merchandising, shelf replenishment, and customer service procedures.
- Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Support branch managers in implementing company policies and SOPs.

2. Sales & Business Development

- Monitor daily sales performance and assist in achieving branch sales targets.
- Learn sales analysis, customer footfall monitoring, and promotional planning.
- Support the implementation of weekend offers and seasonal promotions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth.

3. Inventory & Procurement

- Learn stock management, inventory control, and product replenishment procedures.
- Assist in monitoring stock availability, expiry dates, and damaged products.
- Understand purchase planning, vendor coordination, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain product availability.

4. Team Management

- Work closely with branch managers and department supervisors.
- Learn staff scheduling,



task allocation, performance monitoring, and team coordination.
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Support staff training and customer service improvement initiatives.

5. Reporting & Administration

- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and operational records.
- Learn to use MS Excel, POS systems, and retail management software.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate operational issues to supervisors.
- Complete assigned training tasks and submit progress reports to management.

Educational Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with an MBA or additional qualifications in business management are preferred.
