The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst – MIS & Performance to join our Sales B&K; team in Bangalore. This role will work closely with the National Head to monitor business performance, develop dashboards, and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, tracking key business metrics, coordinating with Sales and Supply Chain teams, and converting business data into actionable insights to support effective decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing

- Work closely with the National Head to monitor sales performance, business targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain Management, and other stakeholders for data collection, progress tracking, and timely reporting
- Validate business data, identify discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports
- Create, maintain, and implement dashboards and MIS reports to provide clear visibility into business performance
- Use Advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and analytical tools to process data and generate insights
- Analyse actual performance against targets and identify business gaps, underperformance, and potential risks
- Provide data-backed insights on performance gaps, possible reasons, and corrective actions to the National Head




- Follow up with stakeholders on identified gaps and monitor progress against agreed action plans
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data visibility, and overall business performance

What We Are Looking For

Functional

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and dashboard creation
- Experience in MIS reporting, Sales Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Monitoring
- Ability to validate data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate reports
- Robust analytical skills to track KPIs, analyse performance gaps, and generate actionable business insights
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for reporting and presenting business performance
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, business intelligence tools, or ERP/SAP will be an added advantage

Behavioural

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting timelines
- Proactive in identifying business gaps and recommending improvements
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills to drive action on identified performance gaps

Our Ideal Match

- Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in MIS Reporting, Sales Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Monitoring
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience in dashboard creation and data analysis
- Experience in Sanitaryware, Bathware, Faucets, Tiles, Building Materials, or related industries will be an advantage
- MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics or a related field will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and other regional languages
