Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Mall Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives, brand positioning, customer engagement, footfall growth, and revenue enhancement at UnityOne Elegante, NSP, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in mall marketing, retail marketing, events, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute annual and monthly mall marketing strategies to drive footfall and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage on-ground activations, events, festivals, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
- Execute ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance mall visibility and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with retail brands, tenants, agencies, vendors, and internal teams for marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign spends, vendor negotiations, and ROI analysis.
- Drive innovative marketing campaigns to improve customer experience, repeat visits,



and brand loyalty.
- Monitor footfall trends, campaign performance, customer feedback, and marketing effectiveness.
- Build strategic partnerships and explore sponsorships, brand collaborations, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Manage the mall's digital presence, promotional content, and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign calendars, and performance updates for management.

Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in mall marketing, retail marketing, shopping centres, or organised retail.
- Strong exposure to events, activations, brand promotions, and customer engagement.
- Positive understanding of ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Experience in budget management, agency coordination, and campaign performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

Preferred Industry: Shopping Malls, Retail, Retail Real Estate, and Mall Management Companies.
