- Handle electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work at café outlets.

- Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, refrigerators, ovens, and coffee machines.

- Attend to maintenance complaints and resolve issues on time.

- Perform regular preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.

- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and servicing.

- Maintain maintenance records and monitor repair expenses.

- Ensure all café equipment and facilities are in good working condition.

- Coordinate with café managers to ensure smooth operations.

- Technical and troubleshooting skills.

- Vendor coordination and problem-solving.

- Ability to handle urgent maintenance issues.

- Experience in café, restaurant, or hotel maintenance is preferred.
