Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Incharge to handle plant maintenance activities, including material handling systems, industrial automation, electrical systems, and instrumentation. The candidate should have robust expertise in preventive maintenance breakdown troubleshooting, PLC/DCS-based systems, and plant reliability improvement to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day electrical, instrumentation, automation, and equipment maintenance activities.

 Handle the operation and maintenance of material handling systems and associated plant equipment.

 Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

 Troubleshoot PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and industrial automation systems.

 Maintain HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, motors, circuit breakers, electrical panels, DG sets, and compressors.

 Handle instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments, sensors,

transmitters, flowmeters, control valves, and related equipment.

 Read and interpret electrical drawings, control logic, P&ID; drawings, and circuit diagrams.

 Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability, and breakdown records, and prepare technical documentation.

 Ensure implementation of SOPs, SMPs, 5S,



and industrial safety practices, including TBT,

JSA, HIRA, and LMRA.

 Coordinate with plant operations, clients, and maintenance teams for timely resolution of technical issues.

 Manage maintenance manpower, spares planning, and maintenance schedules.

 Support plant automation improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a relevant engineering discipline.

 Experience: Relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance, instrumentation,

automation, and plant operations.

 Lineman certification is mandatory.

 Candidate must be from Odisha.

 Experience in material handling systems, power plants, steel plants, aluminium plants,

or other heavy industrial environments will be preferred.

Required Technical Skills

 Electrical Maintenance: HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, ACBs, electrical panels,

DG sets, and compressors.

 Industrial Automation: PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, VFD, remote I/O systems, and industrial communication networks.

 Maintenance Management: Preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, KPI monitoring, documentation, and plant reliability improvement.

 Safety & Compliance: 5S, SOP/SMP implementation, TBT, JSA, HIRA, and LMRA.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
