To ensure the smooth, safe and reliable functioning of the entire ORA Senior Care facility, including electrical systems, plumbing, lifts, DG sets, HVAC, medical gas infrastructure, nurse-call systems and other essential equipment. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown management, vendor coordination, safety checks and timely resolution of facility-related issues to ensure uninterrupted resident care and operations.
BE/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in hospitals, healthcare facilities, hotels or large commercial buildings. Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, DG sets, lifts, HVAC and preventive maintenance.
Experience coordinating AMC vendors, contractors and maintenance technicians. Basic knowledge of fire safety, workplace safety and statutory maintenance requirements. Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
