Gigaforge is expanding its manufacturing operations and is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to manage maintenance activities for our casting and injection moulding machines, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of HPDC casting machines, injection moulding machines, and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment records.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimise machine downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance tools, and coordination with external service providers.
- Ensure equipment safety and adherence to maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in casting or injection moulding.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, motors, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
