Required Skills
- 1.8+ years to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Solid understanding of US recruitment processes and IT technologies.
- Experience with sourcing through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Ability to recruit for various IT skill sets including Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other technology professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
