SCM & Logistics-

Responsibilities :

Maintain carrier rate cards and contract data for RCTI

Freight invoice reconciliation and audit

Process and follow up proof of delivery (POD) documentation

Enter and update delivery schedules

Track shipments and flag delivery exceptions

Prepare transport KPI reports (OTIF, cost per tonne, utilization)

Compile carrier performance scorecards

Generate and distribute logistics dashboards

Maintain warehouse master data and location records

Prepare warehouse utilization and throughput reports

Essential Hiring Skills :

- Professional qualifications in the fields of: international relations, order management, supply chain, logistics Excellent communication Skills.

•Experiences in managing logistics operations effectively, including transportation management,



warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.

- Excellent MS-Excel skills.
- Familiarity of MS office tools: outlook, internet
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive written language and comprehension and ability to communicate with other stakeholders
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to identify process improvement
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve logistics performance.
