We are looking for a reliable Logistics Executive to be responsible for the Domestic / Overseas supply chain management.
Logistics
Executive responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods and resources are shipped to their appropriate destination. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Coordinate with CHA teams to verify checklist ensuring accurate HS Code, Duty Drawback and RoDTEP benefit rates and finalize Shipping Bill (SB) copies for customs clearance and other activities.
- Track shipments and providing regular status updates to clients and internal teams
- Prepare & verify Exports documents including Bill of Lading, Export Invoice, Packing List, CoO and other customs related documents
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Executive
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Must have working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
