We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Intern to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipment coordination. This role offers practical experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Update inventory records and support stock counts.
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and transport partners to track deliveries.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipment delays.
- Maintain warehouse organization and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with operational reports and process improvements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Robust attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Willingness to learn and participate in warehouse activities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse systems.
- Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes.
