About the role

BulqBox buys surplus, overstock, end-of-line and returned inventory, mainly direct from brands, OEMs and manufacturers , and sells it through wholesale lots, retail Bin Stores and resellers. You will build and own these direct supply relationships from India's three biggest business hubs.

What you'll do

- Find and win direct supply from brands, OEMs, manufacturers and distributors: overstock, end-of-season, discontinued SKUs, excess production, packaging-damaged and returned stock.
- Pitch BulqBox as a fast, reliable liquidation partner: full-lot pickup, quick payment, and respect for the brand's channel and pricing.
- Evaluate SKU lists on price vs MRP, resale value and brand strength. Negotiate price, payment terms and recurring liquidation contracts.
- Inspect stock at factories and warehouses before purchase; coordinate pickup and inward QC.




- Plan buying by category and season (Kitchen and appliances, Home, Footwear, Apparel, Electronics).
- Track margin and sell-through by brand and source.

Must have
- 3+ years sourcing surplus or excess inventory directly from brands, OEMs or manufacturers (off-price, closeout, liquidation or B2B trading).
- Existing contacts in brand sales, supply chain or finance teams in at least two of the three hubs.
- Ability to value an SKU list rapid: MRP, buy price, resale price, margin.
- Strong B2B negotiation and contract-closing record; good Excel.
- Willing to travel 50%+.

Success in this role
- 6 new brand/OEM accounts onboarded per quarter, with repeat supply.
- Monthly sourcing target met at or above the target gross margin.
- 80%+ of sourced stock sold within the category's normal outflow time.
