Lead the complete liaisoning and approval process for residential and commercial real estate projects. Manage coordination with MCGM/BMC, SRA, MoEF, Estate Department and other relevant government authorities. Handle and monitor statutory approvals, NOCs, permissions, sanctions and clearances required for real estate projects. Provide strategic guidance on SRA redevelopment projects, including regulatory requirements and approval procedures. Handle matters related to Estate Hand / Estate Department (MCGM) and coordinate with concerned officials. Ensure timely processing and follow-up of applications, proposals, permissions and approvals. Review project requirements and advise management/technical teams regarding applicable development regulations. Maintain solid working knowledge of DCPR / Regulation Code, particularly 33(7), 33(10), 33(12)(B), 33(19) and 33(20)(B). Coordinate with architects, PMC,



legal consultants, structural consultants and other project consultants. Track approval timelines, identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve liaisoning issues. Maintain proper documentation and records of applications, approvals, NOCs, correspondence and regulatory matters. Keep management updated on critical approvals, regulatory changes and pending matters. Represent the company in discussions and meetings with government departments and statutory authorities, wherever required. Ensure projects remain compliant with applicable MCGM, SRA, environmental and development control regulations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
