About Our Client Our client is a leading global industrial conglomerate, offering exposure to complex transactions, diverse business operations and a dynamic legal setting.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
- Advise on M&A;, investments, joint ventures and divestments.
- Support legal due diligence, transaction structuring and documentation (SPAs, SHAs, JV Agreements).
- Partner with external counsel and key business stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- LLB qualification is mandatory.
- Candidates should have 4-5 years of PQE with experience in General Corporate and M&A; matters.
- Preference for candidates from reputed law firms.
