Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university

Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recovery matters and related legal proceedings, following each matter through the relevant legal process.
- Coordinate with external lawyers on ongoing litigation and monitor case progress and next steps.
- Prepare and review legal notices, pleadings, and other documents related to recovery matters.
- Work with debtors, distributors, CFAs, and internal business teams to follow up on outstanding dues, resolve disputes, and implement recovery strategies.
- Maintain litigation trackers and provide periodic updates on case status and recovery matters to management.
- Support trademark filings, prosecution, renewals, and enforcement; coordinate with trademark attorneys and maintain the trademark portfolio.




- Monitor potential trademark infringement and assist with appropriate enforcement actions.
- Track statutory compliance requirements applicable to the business, maintain compliance records, and support periodic compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with business teams to ensure compliance requirements are completed on time.
- Work with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory authorities to manage legal risks and support compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Preferred Experience

Experience in an in-house legal department or law firm is preferred, along with exposure to recovery litigation, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
