Educational Qualification

- UG – LLB/ BA.LLB
- PG –Post Graduation Not Mandatory, LLM (Preferred)

Years of Experience Required Associate – 0-2 Years

Experience and Knowledge

- Knowledge on Contracts Lifecycle Management, Red Lining and Negotiation. Drafting contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines.
- Understanding of key contractual clauses and their impact/obligations on various stakeholders.
- Uploading and maintaining of contracts in client databases and summarization of key terms used.
- Expertise in measuring and regulating contractual (legal and regulatory) compliance across industry and contract types.
- Coordinating with team to identify requirement and delivery of work product.
- Maintaining database for legal team.
- Working on training modules and providing training to team members.
