Role: Learning & Development/ (Talent Development Early Career Program Manager )

Experience: 7-12Years

Location: Mumbai - Goregaon East

Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute learning interventions for employees.
- Drive Early Careers learning programs, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI/TNA) and create learning roadmaps.
- Develop training content, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 7-12 years of Learning & Development experience.
- Experience in designing and executing Early Careers training programs preferred.




- Candidates with Technical Training design and delivery experience may also be considered.
- Robust stakeholder management, facilitation, and program management skills.
- Experience from Fintech or IT Services organizations preferred.
- Candidates from E-learning/EdTech organizations need not apply.
