Role Summary

Lead KAAML's technology strategy, architecture, engineering, and digital transformation agenda by leveraging modern technologies including AI/GenAI, Data Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Cloud Platforms, and Automation. Drive the end-to-end technology roadmap, investment platforms, and digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, risk management, investor experience, and business growth across the Alternate Assets business.

A technology leader who combines deep Alternate Assets/Investment Banking domain expertise with strong hands-on experience in AI, Data Analytics, Salesforce, Cloud, and leading Digital Transformation, and can translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation

- Define and execute the technology vision, roadmap, and investment strategy aligned with KAAML's growth and AUM objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives using AI, analytics, cloud, workflow automation, and modern investment technology platforms.
- Drive technology innovation to enhance investment processes, portfolio management, risk management, and investor servicing.
- Partner with business, operations, and leadership teams to deliver technology-enabled business outcomes.

Technology Architecture & Engineering
- Own end-to-end technology architecture, solution design, and platform modernization strategies.
- Lead and govern enterprise application development, integrations, and engineering best practices.
- Drive API-led architecture, process automation, platform interoperability, and scalable technology solutions.




- Assess and improve development processes, testing frameworks, release management, and production support models.
- Eliminate architectural bottlenecks and technology dependencies that hinder innovation, business agility, or customer experience.

Investment Platforms & Data Strategy
- Oversee investment technology platforms covering deal sourcing, CRM, due diligence, investment governance, fund operations, portfolio management, and analytics.
- Define and implement enterprise data strategy, analytics platforms, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered insights, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Risk, Security & Governance
- Lead Cyber Security, Technology Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Operational Resilience initiatives.
- Establish robust governance, audit, risk management, and control frameworks.
- Manage internal, external, and regulatory technology audits and remediation programmes.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build alignment across business, operations, risk, and technology teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation and drive execution with minimal oversight.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, investment teams, regulators,



and external partners.
- Develop compelling business cases, strategy papers, executive presentations, and leadership communications.

Candidate Profile
- ~ 15 years of technology leadership experience with robust exposure to Alternate Assets, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Wealth Management domains.
- Deep domain understanding of investment lifecycle, portfolio management, fund operations, risk management, and investor servicing.
- Proven experience leading technology programmes and modernisation initiatives.
- Strong technical programme management and engineering governance experience.
- Ability to drive multiple concurrent programmes while ensuring delivery excellence and operational resilience.
- Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders, managing complex dependencies, and driving organisational change.
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced matrix organisation and deliver high-impact business outcomes.
