Overall The Talent Acquisition Expert is responsible for owning and delivering the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and geographies. The role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality and diverse talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience and close partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

- Own, implement, and steer the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, pre-screening calls, interview coordination, offer management, and rejection communication, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Identify, attract, and source highly qualified candidates aligned to current hiring needs, including roles up to managerial levels, while ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.

Stakeholder &

- Hiring Manager Partnership

- Conduct structured recruitment intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, cultural fit, and hiring timelines.
- Partner closely with functional Directors, Country Managers, and General Managers to manage expectations, influence decisions, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.

Sourcing &

- Talent Attraction

- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies with a robust focus on digital channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Lead strategic sourcing efforts for key, expert, and hard-to-fill roles through direct outreach, market mapping, and networking.
- Stay up to date on market trends, candidate profiles, development opportunities, and compensation benchmarks to effectively attract top talent.

Reporting, Analytics &

- Continuous Improvement

- Prepare and deliver monthly recruitment reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, and sharing actionable insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and propose data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Employer Branding &





- Engagement

- Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.

Your Profile

Skills Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.

- Competencies

- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong growth mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (corporate language).
