Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in Maintenance and Repair. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application maintenance and support, specifically within the AIMS-AMS-AppSup-.NetStack environment. This role requires expertise in job scheduling using Control-M and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform application maintenance and support for AIMS applications.
- Utilize .NetStack technologies to develop and enhance software applications.
- Manage job scheduling and monitoring using Control-M.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Implement best practices for software maintenance and repair.
- Document processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Repair processes.
- Experience with AIMS-Application Maintenance and Support.
- Proficiency in .NetStack technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with application support best practices.
- Experience in an App Services Practice setting.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in software development and application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
