- Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and customize Conga CPQ based on business and quoting requirements.
- Configure product catalogs, bundles, pricing attributes, pricing rules, constraint rules, and pricing logic.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop custom CPQ logic and extensions using Apex and CPQ callbacks where required.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and Conga CPQ.
- Work with APIs, data flows, and integration processes to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Participate in data migration, deployment, and release activities.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations,



and integrations.
- Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL
- Salesforce Flows
- Approval Processes
- Practical experience with Conga CPQ.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and external systems.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware is desirable.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, and platform best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments and release management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
