Trevion Consultancy Private Limited is looking for an experienced Lead Primavera P6 Planner / Planning Lead to lead project planning, scheduling, reporting, and project controls delivery for major client projects.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 8–10 Years

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 Years leading a planning team

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Primavera P6 planners and schedulers.
- Develop, review, baseline, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM.
- Establish project planning standards, WBS, activity coding, calendars, and resource and cost-loading procedures.
- Review schedule quality, critical paths, float, constraints, and DCMA 14-point compliance.
- Manage client coordination, progress review meetings, project controls governance, and escalations.
- Monitor daily project progress, validate site updates, identify delays, and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Prepare project KPIs, dashboards, and periodic progress reports using Power BI, Primavera P6 Analytics, and advanced Excel.
- Coordinate Primavera P6 integration with Oracle Unifier, BIM/4D platforms, and SAP.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments, delay analysis, earned value analysis, and what-if scenario planning.




- Train site engineers and progress reporters on schedule updates, progress measurement, and reporting procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Monitor team performance, resource allocation, deliverable quality, and compliance with client requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- 8–10 years of experience in planning and project controls.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a planning team.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 EPPM across at least two complete project lifecycles.
- Experience in large Infrastructure, EPC, or Oil & Gas projects.
- Working experience with at least one integration area: Oracle Unifier, BIM/4D, or SAP.
- Strong client management, communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

- Baseline management, EVM, delay analysis, and recovery planning
- DCMA 14-point schedule quality checks
- Power BI, P6 Analytics/OAC, BI Publisher, and advanced Excel
