Senior ServiceNow CMDB Developer (7-10 Years)

Role Summary

UST is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a leading healthcare provider in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and a proven track record of leading the design, development, configuration, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, integrations, and data migration, along with the ability to provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Review and govern automated/Codon-assisted builds to ensure configuration accuracy, compliance, and deployment readiness.
- Drive implementation and optimization of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM processes.
- Lead legacy data migration initiatives from platforms such as Ivanti HEAT and Monday.com, including scripting, mock migrations, validation, reconciliation, and production cutovers.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and configuration assessments to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
- Support and oversee SIT, ATF regression testing, UAT, deployment, release management, and production cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, migration, and performance issues.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring,



and guidance to development teams while collaborating closely with architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Solid expertise in:

- Advanced knowledge of:

- JavaScript
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes

- Experience developing and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong background in data migration, scripting, reconciliation, validation, and deployment/cutover activities.
- Experience supporting SIT, ATF, UAT, defect management, and production deployments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITSM and/or ITOM.
- Experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation, migration, or modernization programs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting technical reviews.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
