Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
- Configure data streams, identity resolution rules, data mappings, and calculated insights.
- Develop and optimize Customer 360 data models and segmentation strategies.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external applications.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and platform performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate data and reporting requirements.




- Support analytics, reporting, customer insights, and personalization use cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and platform-related issues.
- Drive best practices for scalable customer data management and architecture.

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce AI Associate Certification
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Preferred)

Preferred Experience

- Experience implementing enterprise-scale Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce ecosystem products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Knowledge of customer engagement, personalization, and marketing analytics use cases.
