NextCode Placement is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team and support business development in the US staffing and recruitment market .
This is an excellent prospect for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in international business development, lead generation, and US staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the US staffing and recruitment market .
- Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target companies.
- Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, and online research .
- Connect with prospects and understand their staffing and hiring requirements.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update lead information in CRM and databases.
- Conduct company and market research to identify new prospects.
- Meet daily and monthly lead-generation and outreach targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and maintain a strong client pipeline.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills .
- Basic understanding of lead generation, sales,
or business development .
- Comfortable with cold calling and communicating with international clients .
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, Google, and online research tools .
- Strong communication, research, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in US staffing/recruitment, B2B sales, telecalling, or lead generation is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Working Days: Monday – Friday
