We are looking for an experienced Lead DFT Engineer with solid expertise in Design for Test (DFT), scan architecture, ATPG, and SoC test methodologies.
Key Skills Required:
- SCAN, Compression, and OCC Insertion
- ATPG, MBIST, Gate-Level and Pattern Simulation
- QuestaSim
- SoC Scan and MBIST
- Mixed-Signal IPs: PLL, High-Speed SERDES, and DDR
- SSN, ATE, and Silicon Validation
