This is a full-time, on-site Lead Cyber Security_Sailpoint FAM role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management Engineer with extensive experience in SailPoint FAM and IdentityIQ (IIQ) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a robust ability to troubleshoot issues related to these modules, assess current deployments, suggest enhancements, perform health checks, and support user tickets effectively. This role is critical in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity management processes.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SailPoint FAM and IIQ modules, providing timely resolutions.
- Assess current deployments of SailPoint solutions and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance.




- Conduct regular health checks on the SailPoint workplace to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Support user tickets related to identity and access management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate identity management solutions with existing systems.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in identity and access management.

Mandatory Skills:

- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect.
- Proven experience with SailPoint File Access Manager and IIQ modules.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
- Experience in performing health checks and assessments of identity management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other identity management tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to identity management.
- Familiarity with cloud based identity solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on SailPoint solutions.
- Relevant certifications in identity management or related technologies are a plus.
