Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Siemens PLC programming, automation engineering, and commissioning activities.

- Handle PLC systems including S7-(phone hidden)/1500 using TIA Portal and Step 7.

- Configure and troubleshoot WinCC Classic, WinCC Unified, HMI/SCADA, and PCS 7/DCS systems.

- Manage FAT/SAT, I/O testing, loop checks, interlock validation, and plant start-up activities.

- Troubleshoot PLCHMI communication, industrial networks, field instrumentation, and control systems.

- Review technical documents, commissioning reports, test protocols, and as-built documentation.

- Ensure compliance with pharma automation requirements, including GAMP 5, cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and data integrity, wherever applicable.

- Lead project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients,



and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in automation engineering, commissioning, and project execution.

- Strong expertise in Siemens PLC, SCADA, HMI, and PCS 7/DCS systems.

- Hands-on experience with PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, OPC-UA, and Industrial Ethernet.

- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or process industry projects.

- Solid leadership, troubleshooting, client coordination, and team management skills.

- Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning and project support.Role & responsibilities
