Location : Park Hospital, Sector-47, Gurgaon.

- Receive, label, and process clinical specimens (blood, urine, swabs, sputum, stool, etc.) according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform LAB test l tests including culture, sensitivity, staining, identification of bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms.
- Prepare and maintain microbiological media, reagents, and solutions.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, incubators, autoclaves, and analyzers.
- Record and analyse test results, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation in laboratory information systems (LIS).
- Follow strict infection control and biosafety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure staff safety.
- Assist in quality control and quality assurance activities, including calibration and validation of laboratory instruments.
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide relevant microbiological data for patient diagnosis and treatment.




- Organizes work by matching computer orders with specimen labeling, sorting specimens, and checking specimens delivery.
- Maintains quality results by running standards and controls, verifying equipment function through routine equipment maintenance.
- Serves as a technical resource by participating in staff training.
- Identifies and communicates abnormal patient conditions by alerting supervisory personnel.
- Provides test results for patient diagnosis and treatment by operating chemistry equipment.
- Ensures the patient of receiving compatible blood by completing blood typing, antibody screening, and compatibility testing.
- Contributes to a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
- Maintains patient confidence by keeping laboratory information confidential.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
- Stay updated on recent microbiological techniques, protocols, and hospital policies.
- knowledge of NABL & NABH
- Computer skill Must.
