Role Description The Lab Supervisor (Ratlam, M.P) at Hindustan Wellness is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring high-quality diagnostic services. This role includes supervising lab staff, managing work schedules, and maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

The Lab

Supervisor will monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensure proper sample handling and processing, and implement quality control measures to uphold accuracy and reliability of test results. The role also involves coordinating with medical and operations teams,



resolving technical issues, supporting audits and compliance activities, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, workload management, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Medical Technology knowledge relevant to diagnostic procedures and Laboratory Equipment handling and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control expertise to ensure accuracy of test results and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for interpreting lab data, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting clinical decision-making.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory or healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or senior technician role.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems, documentation standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and align with the organization’s focus on preventive healthcare and service quality.
