We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented professional to manage the Lab Operations function, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, business growth, and superior patient experience. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business performance, managing laboratory operations, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring NABL/CAP compliance, optimizing resources, and implementing continuous process improvements across the diagnostics network.
Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA/MHA) preferred.
- 1218+ years of experience in Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Hospital Laboratory Operations.
- Proven experience in managing multi-location diagnostic laboratory operations.
- Experience in business development and operational leadership within the diagnostics industry.
- Hands-on experience with NABL and CAP accreditation processes and audits.
Experience in hospital laboratory setup and infrastructure planning is highly desirable.
