We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical laboratory in Pattal, Perumbavoor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily laboratory operations.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in laboratory testing and reporting.
- Supervise laboratory staff and coordinate daily activities.
- Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and quality control standards.
- Monitor laboratory equipment, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent).
- 7–12 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Robust leadership and laboratory management skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory quality control and safety procedures.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
