? What Will You Do?
- Provide Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and application-related queries.
- Create and update tickets, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
