Be Max Public School is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated KG Teacher to create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment for kindergarten students. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to support children's academic, social, emotional, and creative development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities for kindergarten students.
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy, rhymes, stories, and essential life skills.
- Organize interactive learning activities, games, art, crafts, and storytelling sessions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
- Encourage children's creativity, confidence, communication, and social skills.
- Monitor students' learning progress and provide individual attention when required.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress and development.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.




- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programmes.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.
- NTT, Montessori Teacher Training, TTC, or an equivalent early childhood education qualification is preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience in a kindergarten or preschool is an advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- A friendly, positive, and responsible attitude.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
