Urban World Consulting (OPC) Private Limited is looking for a motivated Junior Urban Designer to join our team and contribute to urban development, public space design, streetscape and mobility projects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site analysis, surveys and mapping.
- Prepare urban design drawings and proposals.
- Develop 3D models and visualisations.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
- Support stakeholder coordination and participate in site visits.
Qualifications and Skills
- A qualification in Urban Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIS, Excel, PowerPoint and rendering software.
- Solid design, communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn.
