Role Description The Junior Software Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of internal software tools and platforms used for channel sales operations and partner management.

Responsibilities include assisting with coding and programming tasks, working with databases to manage and analyze sales and partner data, and helping design and refine software features to improve user experience and workflow.

The Junior Software

Specialist will participate in testing and troubleshooting activities,



document technical processes, and collaborate with senior technical team members to implement enhancements and resolve issues. The role requires close coordination with sales and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language.
- Candidates should possess skills in Databases, including basic design, querying, and data management concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Design, with an understanding of modular, maintainable, and user-oriented solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Testing, including writing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and supporting quality assurance processes.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow established development practices, and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and clear documentation skills.
- Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS platforms, and channel sales ecosystems is highly beneficial.
