We Are Specifically Looking For Candidates Who
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Possess strong expertise in MEAN/MERN stack technologies.
- Have practical experience in web and mobile application development.
- Demonstrate strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js and/or Angular.
- Have experience working with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
- Understand database design concepts and RDBMS fundamentals.
- Are comfortable working in Agile environments and following software development best practices.
- Have excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
- Are proactive learners with a passion for exploring new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot web and mobile applications using the MEAN/MERN stack.
- Collaborate with technical leads and team members to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Python is an added advantage.
